Going Camping

ok...I am going on a weekend camping trip. I havent been camping since lets say 1980.... When I was in the Army .....

How many of you camp using a tent?

Should I buy a simple tent/air mattress and sleeping bag.. ( basic starter kit)
just in case I dont like it I dont waste alot of $$$$.

I am more of a cabin/hotel person and can probably do the pop
up camper thing.

I too am looking at doing some camping have not camped since USMC days air mattress is a must.

I also am looking the camping but I know that the wife nor myself will do the roughing it.
We are going the Toy Hauler or Motorhome route.
If we have guests they can rough it.
Too old with too many aches and pains.

</div>Our RV is a toy hauler. Didn't have to choose between the rv or the trike. I already had the trike, hubby has his RK we just needed something to put them in. We found this one used, really great condition and 1/3 the cost of a new one. Spending our children's inheritance.

Until I got old and stiff, used to like tent camping but of late have used home made camper and now bought a 1999 Mini_Mate. It got to hard to dress and undress in the tent.<br />

I would buy a used camper like CMORE did and try it. If you don't like it, you can always resale it!
