As strange as it sounds, I've had a couple of different "experts" tell me how to check the oil on the Roadhawk.

I thought with a cold engine, dip, wipe clean, check again. Oil should be between two marks, add oil if getting close to bottom mark on dipstick.

If I'm missing something, please let me know.

I run the over size fram racing filter and a large oil cooler, so my cold reading is high, once it runs and fills up the oil cooler i check it while running. Just watch for the belt it awfully close to the dip stick.
