Ok I am getting a quote for shirts
I told him to quote me on 4 XXL ,2 XL ,2 small , and 17 large
Do we have. More than this of each amount
Should I try and get more XXL OR XL or some med?
I need your help I don't want disappointment when all I have is large left ,as it is I am going to end up with quite a wardrobe of large shirts.
These are fairly heavy pre shrunk white cotton tees.
Speak now. Or forever hold your peace. The XXL and XL and smalls are spoken for that I have on this list. I have a bout 4 days to decide . July 12 th deadline .
I will have a $ amount in a day or 2 , I will post it. Logo and wording on the back only.

On another note, I might be passing by Sturbridge on Monday (on way to Boston). If I have time, I can take a couple of minutes and swing by the hotels to see if blocks and prices are available.

John, I wear a medium but I'll take a large if needed.

Bozo, I was supposed to hear from them Friday, but had to leave work early to rush cat to vets. I'll be calling Monday morning to talk to them. Do you want to check with Hampton Inn to see if they'll have something available as an option? The two are fairly close together.

I checked online with Hampton Inn and they told me online that one of the days there are no rooms available. Room rates were in the $130 to $140 range.

Well, that answers question about Hampton Inn. There must be a wedding party there to book it so far ahead. Comfort Inn also in that area, I think. Maybe I will pass by there and check with them.

I would still check with Hampton Inn , the on line booking is not always that accurate. I checked this morning and I did not get the notice. I did not go all the way to the pay portion so that may be the difference ....

Since this is a Trike Talk gathering, my thought would be to keep the Trike Talk colors - blues or grays, with white lettering. Just my opinion.

Gray shirts with blue letters would be cheaper. Not having fun with this. I am trying to keep the cost down For 2reasons
1) for the folks buying them
2) for me that will end up owning what does not sell ( looks like 8 shirts. Right now ) not counting the 2 I am buying ( 10 shirts at $11.00 each = $88.00 of shirts I my not even be able to wear
Last quote just went belly up on me when the person refused our logo and wants to re produce it at $45.00 an hour.
the above reason are why I need the LIST Of people buying shirts and or coming to the rally. I don't want to be stuck with $300 worth of shirts.:AGGHH:

2 XL and fill order out with 9 large
Please check and see if you name is on the list with the proper
Size . Also someone do a last head count to make

Getting a we bit nervios , not a lot of action on this .

I don't know what I will do with 8 XXL shirts.

How much are we all willing to pay for shirts?
Bear in mind every change is more $$$$$$
Color ( orange blue etc ) is + $1.00 a shirt (black is .50 more than color )
XXL is $1.75 extra a shirt
White print is .40 cents a shirt extra ( must print 2 times to get good white )
Printed front and back is $1.50 a shirt extra ( set up fee)
my limit is trying to stay under $10.00 and $ 12. For XXL
