Boom mike for 2005 gl1800 cb

I am trying to find a boom mike with the two speakers that just go around your head and don't have to be mounted inside. I found a pair of them but the owner doesn't want to sell them even though he doesn't even have a CB. He uses them from time to time for an intercom with the passenger.<br />

I ordered the boom mike/speakers for half helmets or no helmet use. I ordered it from CycleGiant.com / Wingstuff.com . It was $75 for one plus $8.00 shipping. It should arrive in the next day or so via Fedex. It will work perfectly. I only want to use it for the CB.<br />

Today I received my HSG-140 earphone/boom mike combo.

It seems to be fine and tomorrow I will try it on the CB radio.
