Today, I just bought a 2007 K1200 LT with 24,000 miles for $10,200.00 plus $654.00 shipping from Seatle, WA to Salt Lake City, UT. Cross Road Trike & Trailer will put this K1200 LT together and paint it black. After this incident, I will to get insurance in full coverage on my new trike.

Any sugestion for the insurance company?

Congrats! Ben & Gene are great people with proven capabilities.

Insurance... Check Foremost through AARP. Initiate through AARP by calling them instead of the Foremost Company direct. The Rates are cheaper if you do as you get the AARP Group Risk-Pool Rate as opposed to being thrown into the General Group.

Ben deliver trike to my shop last year, I trust and belive they will do an excellent work for me again, I never meet Gene excepted telephone conversation with him, he seem to be very good person also, I will stop to see them when I get back from the Shot Show in Las Vegas.

AARP look like a good choice for me soon as I hear from Ben my trike is done I will ask AARP give me a quote. Thank you all for the sugestions.

I have Formost thru my Farmers agent. Costs nearly $700 a year for full coverage and special towing (closest dealer authorized to work on Hannigan trikes). Glad I had it when I threw a rod over Labor Day in 2010. Ride safe.

Gieco is the way to go , I pay $301 a year full coverage with a $50 deductable, free towing and roadside assistance.

I carry full coverage through Progressive on my 2009 K1200LT trike for $320 per year. You can handle all of your quotes, changes, payments, etc. through their online site.

It has been my experience that about 75% of your premium cost pays for collision insurance, whether it's auto, bike, or RV. When you apply for a policy, make sure the insurer know the collision value you want to insure and not some other value from a reference manual in their underwriting department.

Enjoy!
