On my trike is a set of Harley forks, i think the person purchased the whole fork and wheel kit from J P cycles. Any who, i think and or feel that the ride with these forks is to stiff. has anybody here ever worked on forks like this? would like some advise on making the suspension less stiff.

You could try draining the fork oil, and putting the correct weight oil in them. I used to use 20 weight on custom builds, and most mfgs call for much lighter weight fork oil. It is easy to do, and may help! I would not change to a lighter spring in the forks, due to the weight of the trike- you want it a little stiff. Good Luck!
