torque on wheel nuts

What is the torque setting on the nuts for the rear wheels?

I am not familiar with the spec's for the Stallion, but California Side Car posts 70lb/ft for their Cobra XL kit, for the Goldwing.

P.S. Do not use an impact wrench on allow wheels.
