Gas tank fuel capacity

I know that the K1200 LT has a 6.2 gal. fuel tank. When fueling, you are suppose to have the bike on the side stand. When fueling the trike, it sits level. How many gallons of gas are you getting into the tank, with the trike sitting level?

The most I've been able to get in my trike while level is 5.7 gallons. I also have the 4.5 gallon reserve tank offered by Hannigan. Works great on those long trips. Ride Safe
