TT NE RALLY UPDATE please read

I just checked room availability ,at the motel front desk ,there is only one room left of the 15 blocked off rooms. ( can still get you the room rate on extras if we need them till July 1) There are no Non Smoking king bed rooms left available. He has smoking kings, he has singles and doubles both smoking and non smoking. I can add a few more rooms but not for long. There are approx only a dozen rooms available left at that motel for that date. If you did not book and are planning on coming do ASAP. Raffle prizes have topped $400 total prizes. Thanks to the generosity in part by Lowe's. Planning is in the works for a free BBQ on Sat.at one of our forum sponsors Kent Road Motorsports.

Some have no shown up on the motel registry. If you are not attending we can remove your name. From the count. I know a few are riding in ( live close enough) and a few are camping . I will PM the ones not registered .

Well we have a few days left to order shirts, reserve a room and sign up for the group meal. Once we pass the dead line July 5 th I will be ordering the shirts. I will be telling the banquet hall our head count, and closing out my credit card holding the rooms. LAST CALL. WANT A SHIRT, WANT TO GO TO GROUP MEAL OR GET A ROOM. Do is soon. No exceptions. I notice there are 12 people not signed up for the meal. There are 5 not getting shirts. Room reservations look good. I know some are camping, some are commuting and that is good too. It is hard for me to know if you want or do not want something and have not signed up. You can pay for Shirts as late as the rally day. I would like meal money by Aug 1, but I need to know if you are coming to the Group Dinner now.

New up date. For people choosing not to attend the Group Meal. We will have the Raffle drawing after the meal. Approx time of 7:00 . We will hand out directions and this info at the time of check in. Everyone is invited to join us at the hall to win a prize. There is a restaurant at the group dinner place. If you wish you can eat there. They have good food at reasonable prices. Burgers, salads, full meals,full bar. $5.00 to $20.00. We are right next door.

When John corrected the list by adding old bandit he misplaced Denviola which I'm sure he will correct soon. Denviola was on the list in post #6 but you'll see hes missing in post #8. Cut John some slack he is almost setting this rally up by himself.

The list is correct now. Denviola is not signed up for a group meal. There are 28 signed up and paid. When everyone that signed up pays there should be about 32.

I have asked Jim Batterton of Kent Road Motorsports one of our supporters to come and speak at our Group dinner.he has gratuitously accepted . He will try to answer questions and will talk a little on trikes that he builds. Write some questions you might have and bring them along. Also a reporter a good friend of mine Bud Wilkinson ,from a large local newspaper will be there taking pictures and possibly interview people for future articles. Meeting up with Jim Batterton of Kent Road Motorsports. Also talked to the Mayor of Torrington ( his wife is expecting on the 29th ) he is going to try to come to the dinner for a quick visit. Talked to Renegade trikes, they may send a delegate to show us the trike. Just checked the weather and it is partly cloudy 85 deg predicted . We are going to have a good rally.

Wait, does the mayor ride a motorized unicycle? The mayor of Eureka Springs was at national rally dinner, so Torrington mayor needs to work hard to top him.
