My own trike conversion for V Star 1100

after having checked the prices for trike kit for my Yamaha V Star 1100 classic, I have decided that I would make My own conversion. So far so good ! the mechanic is almost done ( just the driveshaft left to be done , they I will finish my rear body etc. <br />

If I'd TRY to *build* a trike, I would've A) taking the rear end off B) getting discouraged, and C) sold all of the parts on eBay.<br />

Nice work.Please keep posting pics of your work.Did you modify the swing arm or is it a hardtail?

I modified the swingarm and installed a heavy duty rear suspention spring.

at the moment it is too cold here in Canada to work in my unheated garage but as soon spring show up I will keep you guys updated.
