Harley Chrome Tie down brackets

Harley has Chrome Tie down brackets 93500011 that are listed to fit the 2014 Ultra glide limited. I have looked at the pdf install for this and it shows that it fits behind the turn signal bracket. Harley shows it will not fit the trike? I have looked at the part number for the turn signal bracket and the ultra limited is the same as the trike. Has anyone tried to see if the tie down bracket will work? It would just make it nice to have a quick place to hook my tie downs instead of using my nylon loops around the engine guard.

I have the brackets you are talking about from my ultra. They will not fit the Triglide because of interference with the steering damper

Thanks for that info, now I don't have to buy one and be disappointed.
