Trike looks good, young man! Welcome back to Texas for you and your lady! Ride safe and we hope to see you down the road! My wife and I were at the Kerrville Reunion last November and again this past April. Hope to continue making those and others as they come along.

San Antonio

Are there any members in or near San Antonio? My SO died and I am looking for riding buddies.

If you don't get any response from this posting, I will contact some of our TrikeTimeTexas members who are close to SA and see if I can pass on their names. Send me a PM with your email and I will try to help with contacts for you.

Take care and ride safe!

Just realized I haven't checked in here, either. Sherry and I live in Wichita Falls and ride a 2011 H-D Street Glide/Hannigan Transformer. Before that,we owned a 2006 Boss Hoss 57 Chevy trike. We also own a 2nd home in NW Indiana, near Lake Michigan.(Sherry's home for 31yrs) Both of us are originally from Southern Oklahoma but I've lived here, since 1980. We were high school sweethearts and reunited in 2007,after a 31yr absence. Sherry is retired and I will be in December.
Looking forward to meeting all of you.

Better late then never !!

I can't believe I haven't posted to the "Roll Call" !!:confused: You guys know I'm from TEXAS and darn proud to be here....

San Angelo is sort of out in no man's land. You just about have to be going here to come here but my bride and I have called it home for many many years. Actually she is a local girl I married and carried off to roam around the world while in the USAF. The choice to retire in Wisconsin (my birth state) or here was a easy one. Ruby told me she was not doing ice and snow!!! :D:D:D

If you are in the neighborhood or just need an excuse to ride somewhere we'd love to have you. I have tools and plenty of space just in case we need to tweak something. Also have a cargo trailer set up for trikes or two wheelers..

RIDE SAFE AND ENJOY THE SCENERY !!!! :xszpv: :xszpv:

Gold Rush you are a smart man, if anyone ask me what I am going to do my standard reply is (what ever my little bride tells me to) see you in Kerrville.:D

Brought my 3rd trike home (Mico TX) yesterday from E. TN. Previouis wa a 2010 Can-Am Spyder RT and a 1997 GL1500 Roadsmith conversion. Live about half way between Bandera and Hondo in Medina Co. My newest three wheeler is a 2008 base model GL1800 with a Champion solid axle conversion. Bought it with just over 5K miles on the clock and it now has over 1400 more getting it home.

My departed Can-Am Spyder RT

My wife Claudia and I live on some acreage with 11 dogs and 2 indoor cats (a zillion barn cats as well). My wife loves to rescue dogs and we are members of Northwest Independent Baptist Church in San Antonio. We ride, shoot and enjoy Bible study. My wife works as an office manager and I own a business that rebuilds and sells vintage Japanese motorcycle carburetors.

Howdy from DeWitt County, Texas!

I've been riding, legally, since 1978; with the current ride being a 2009 Kawasaki Voyager, which my wife and I love. Unfortunately, a MC wreck in 2006 has left me with a bum right ankle and weak leg. On top of that I have recently torn my right rotator cuff, so the big bike is a bit intimidating.

With that, we're looking into "Triking" it, and are just in the looking to see the options. We're hoping to find folks that have triked Voyagers, Vaqueros or Nomads.

I'll still have some two wheel rides, as I have my Dad's '78 Honda Hawk CB400T, an '80 KZ1000E Shaftie, and an '81 KZ1000 project bike, which just might become a bobber trike. We'll see.

Well, best to everybody!

Shin

Looking good, George! I like it! Are you coming to Kerrville?

Nope... new trike pick up in E. TN took it out of me, the trike needed a day of maintenance work and I need a new front tire.... old one is BALD. Tire won't get in till next Tuesday so will put it on Wednesday. We will try and make next ride.

Made the Kerrville trip and had a great time , met some great people and had safe ride. Would we do it again, you bet we would. Hope everyone made it home safe. :clapping:

Kerrville Ride

I really enjoyed meeting everyone in Kerrville and am looking forward to future rides.

Ray, you told me to post here and I sometimes do as I'm told. I had forgotten that I posted here previously looking for trike riders in the San Antonio area.

I am so pleased to know that trike riders are so warm and friendly and I hope to meet more people on three wheels. I really like the attitude that it doesn't matter what you ride, just have fun and treat each other with respect.

Rain

WOW, we are now getting rain. It is great at a little over 4in so for. That should settle the dust for a while.:clapping:

I'm happy for you as long as you don't get so much that you are flooded out. We actually had some on June 23. It has been close but has missed us since. But we are getting a drizzle here now and the forecast is for rain tonight and tomorrow.
