Need info Cass County Choppers conversion kit repair.

We purchased a CF moto 250 T V5 with a Cass county Chopper trike kit installed. We bought it used and on the way home it made a sound like a belt squeling and then stopped going. We put it on a trailer and brought it home thinking broken drive belt. Took cover off and behold the belt is good and the centrifical clutch is working as it should but no power to the wheels. Any ideas? Is there a belt in the trike conversion where it attaches to the bike?
Anyone have a schematic or exploded parts view of this kit?

Any help will be appreciated.

This is all the help I can be http://www.casscountychoppers.com/ might give them a call. I doubt there are any other belts in the trike kit part and I would suspect you might have a transmission problem.

Just from my snowmobile days; If the centritfical clutch is working [engaging] And the belt is not broken, Then the belt is glazed and or lose and worn on the edge's ..

I called them and they are out till the 5th. I figured out the problem the input shaft gear was missing all the teeth. I have already ordered the new parts and they should arrive this week.
I took the trike kit off it only took about 20 minutes and that revealed the problem. I am replacing all the gears, bearings and shafts in the transmission in case something else is on the way out. Replacing all the parts is less than a C note so well worth it not to have to take it apart again for awhile.

I just bought a used Honda 750 Shadow Ace with the CCC kit.. The rear bearing is in need of replacing.. We cannot find a contract number? Help.. If anyone has a solution..

Did you read the post above the yours. Everyone thinks they are out of business. Take your bearing to a parts shop they should be able to read the bearing number off of it and get you one. GOOD LUCK

That's what the mechanic has informed me he's doing as of today. Thankfully, the dealership I bought it from is taking care of the issues. I appreciate your replying.

Bearing issues on Cass County Trike Convertion

Well guess what.. They can't find the part... HELP... They need the part and the casing? I may be saying the wrong thing, but you get the jest.. My head was numb when he was telling me.. I just bought this thing! Does anyone know how or where I could find the parts?
