Bars. Wide or narrow, tall or short?

I converted a Roadking to a trike a year or so ago. I had wide, low bars on the RK that I loved, but in a trike configuration, I'm loving them not so much. My hands and arms seem to wide to fully take advantage of the turning capabilities as a trike. I think something narrower and a bit taller would be more comfortable and easier to maneuver. I also noticed that the TriGlides have much narrower and taller (slightly) bars than I currently have. What do you guys think. Are bars that are a little narrower and a bit taller work better for a trike? For those that are familiar with them, I have WildOne 518 bars currently and I'm thinking of going with heritage style bars.

All I can offer is I have liked the factory bars on both the TriGlides I've had. For me the Heritage bars might be a tad to tall.

I've seen the short one's, tall one's fat one's wide one's. After spending so much time in the Bar's they all look the same after a while
