With heavy Hearts and tremendous sorrow we regret to inform our Owner Family and the Trike Talk Community of the passing of Randy Latham of Volunteer Cycles in Sevierville, Tn.

Randy and Kim are Great Friends and Honored Members of our Family and we are deeply saddened to hear of his passing and the loss for Kim and the Latham Family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her and to them all.

His passing is a loss to the entire Trike Community and the scores of those who met. knew him and who had the distinct joy of experiencing his amazing Persona and tremendous Spirit.

A Good Man and an even Greater Friend.
You will be sorely missed and will remain evermore in the fondest Memories of our Hearts & Souls.

Goodbye Brother...
Life was blessed and better from having known you.

The Latham Family has announced the Arrangements and encourages any and all who are able to please attend.
Also, they request that anyone who wishes to ride their Trike or Bike please do so as well.

Final Arrangements:
The Viewing will be Sunday, April 12[SUP]th[/SUP] from Noon to 2:00.

The Service will be that day from 2:00-4:00
Procession to the Site and final Service directly thereafter.

Clay "Randy" Latham


October 27, 1962 - April 8, 2015


Clay "Randy" Latham, age 52 of Sevierville, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2015. Randy was a devoted, hard-working, family man. He loved riding his motorcycles and was always ready to lend his helping hand to others. Randy along with his wife Kim and his dog "Buckethead" owned and operated Volunteer Cycles & Trikes where he built motorcycle trikes and worked on all types of motorcycles. Through his work he met and helped so many people and was loved by everyone. Randy was a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association. He served as Chapter Director of G2 and Assistant District Director for Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clay Latham; brothers, Dariel Latham, Jeff Latham; sister-in-law, Sandra Latham

His survivors include: Wife: Kimberly Latham Mother: Juanita Latham Sisters: Margaret Gibson, Lois Latham, Wilma Webb (Jim) Brothers: David Latham (Amy), Roy Latham Sons: Randall Latham, Jason Wolf (Kristie) Daughters: Esther Wolf Minder (Chad), Anna Wolf (Chris) Granddaughters: Kaitlyn Minder, Alexis Wolf, Catarina Rodriguez Grandsons: Ayden, Breenon and Rylan Latham Several nieces and nephews

The family will receive friends from 12- 2 PM Sunday with funeral service to follow at 2 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, with Rev. Dennis Maples officiating. Interment will follow in Dripping Springs Cemetery.

We only met Randy once, last fall on a group ride we sat across from him at restaurant table. Only took a few minutes to appreciate what a friendly and funny person he was.
Not surprising that so many people were at the funeral, being how likable he was. It was a beautiful sunny day when Randy took his final ride, escorted by well over a hundred motorcycles/trikes.

Prayers and Thoughts to Randy's Family.....I met Randy about 3 years go on one of Mine and Mitzie's many Motorcycle/Scooter/Trike Rides to the Smokies. We were on Scooters at the time, but ran by His Shop next time we came up on Our Yellow Gold Wing Trike so He could see it. Went by there one more time last year on my Honda Forza Scooter. Really Nice Man.....He will be Greatly missed.....:(

We had a complete loss of anti-freeze on the 1800
in Gatlinburg and
Randy overnighted a new overflo container and got us on our way..Very nice person to help anybody along the way......Prayers sent
