I'm new to the group, so please bear with me, is there an Indian forum, or plans to add one? If this has been asked in the past, I'm sorry if it's a repeat. Thanks

Hi Trk Ldy and welcome. There currently isn't a dedicated Indian Trike Forum because there are just so few Indian Trikes, but we may just have to add one since you are here and the numbers are growing. Do you own an Indian trike? If so please tell us about it and if you could post a pic or two that would be great.

Yes I do, Red chieftain with Hannigan Kit. I'm not sure as how to add a picture to the post.

Its easy, just click on reply, then click on the "insert image" icon (the little picture icon right beside the film strip icon at the top of your posting console) then select an image file from your computer, upload it and post. Give it a try and see how it goes.

Thanks, I really like it, I've had a few technical difficulties that will be worked out next week, but other than that I really like it. I had a Valkyrie trike before and really hated to part with it. Loved the Indian style for years, and when my husband bought one last year, I knew one was in my future. :pepper:

Welcome Trk Ldy. Great looking trike. We are having a new Indian Dealer opening here in our town soon. They have come a long way.

So you're a two Indian family? That's cool. I drove one at Daytona Bike Week last year and was way more impressed than I thought I would be...very smooth, tons of power and the handling was great. What made you choose the Hannigan kit?

Terry rides 2 up, I'm more the 3 wheel type. I just like the way they followed the lines from the front of the bike. Thanks for all the kind words and help. I sure hope Indian stays around, I love the style n look.

Indian is going nowhere, Polaris is a very healthy company and Indian is doing very well.

Welcome to the forum Trk lady . That's a beautiful trike,I was at hannagan's this week looking around and saw their black and white Indian trike. Their factory is Just down the road from me, they make a beautiful trike. I would really like to have one of the new Indians but like most bikes I'm a little cramped . Being 6'7 /300lbs most things aren't made for me . I guess I said all that just to say.Enjoy your new Trike :D:D

Now that is exactly where I ultimately want to be. Only I was thinking going with the Roadmaster just to have even more storage. So what's holding me back? $$$$$$$$ That whole package is way out there. Was hoping Indian would finally make a factory version to compete with the Tri-Glide or at the very least the Freewheeler. Guess I don't really need the Roadmaster but just get the top box. Still pricey.

I hate to say it but your Indian trike is one great looking machine. Like a previous poster said the only thing holding me back is the $$ they want for these beauties. I saw a picture of a white and black one from a company in S.C. They do conversions and special paint jobs.

I don't know what it is about them but they sure are pretty. Glad you got yours, hope you enjoy it for many miles to come.

I know what you mean about the trunk, so I got a LeatherPro trunk for on the back. Decided to go with them because it locks. I can fit a helmet and other things in it. I really like the look, they had different ones also. It's easier than having to open the trike trunk all the time.

We went to Nashville ride that Indian sponsored last year, and there was someone who had a Chieftian custom painted the willow green and cream.

OMG, what a beautiful ride. It was just gorgeous. Hannigan does do beautiful work
