I'm guessing there is a couple screws on the inside.
If so how do you get the wheel off

Ya got me there ... is the chrome piece a "nut" you can turn off?
Sorry, out of ideas. Maybe call the conversion manufacturer?
Mine are somewhat like that. It is a two piece cap. The center piece prys out and there should be a small slot for screw driver. Once you pop that out the larger silver ring around it will come out exposing the lug nuts.
Be careful because some of these lug nuts require a slim socket to reach them without scarring up the aluminum.

Center logo cap pops out to reveal the 2nd 1/2 of the cap. Same as my Champion. Use very small screwdriver. It's a generic wheel with priority logo caps

Looks exactly like the wheels on my Lehman conversion, although yours is newer as it has disc brakes. Look carefully to see if there is a small notch somewhere on the outer circumference of the cap. (I didn't see it in your picture, but it should be there) You should be able to use a small screwdriver to pop it loose. Hope this helps.
My Champion came with a plastic tool to pop off the logo cap.
Will try the logo see If it comes off there is not a slot on the outer part
