09 clutch cable length

Have an appointment with an Indy Sept. 15 for install of 2+2 sweeper bars. I've read several posts concerning the clutch cable length has to be extended. What is the length of a stock cable for an 09 Tri? The concenses of a lot of posts is for 3 inches longer than stock. Longer on the TBW also? All replies appreciated. Need inches anywhere I can get them.

Wide Sweepers need +3" I did

I can not speak for the Narrow 2+2 sweeper bars the wide one's need the +3 Clutch cable. "Just sayin" it's worth the cable cost going with the Wide bars it was like installing power steering on my 09'. Grip angle is a little straighter all round I love 2+2 Wide sweeper bars. It is of course a very individual fit what works for one doesn't mean it works for some else. My TBW was plenty long just relocated plug on batwing end. If the go inside bars with wiring they will want to use new style sensor unit :Shrug:Ride safely Fearless
