Hannigan Motorsports recently unveiled the all-new Hannigan HRT Reverse Trike at the 2015 Wing Ding in Huntsville, Alabama. Unlike conventional trikes, this contemporary machine features two wheels in the front and only one in the rear. The Hannigan HRT is designed to provide an alternative to Gold Wing riders who may be contemplating a switch to the Can-Am Spyder. It will provide a more luxurious ride, with better handling and renowned Gold Wing reliability, at a price well below any reverse trike conversion currently on the market. And since it comes from Hannigan Motorsports, you know that the engineering is second to none.

The styling of the HRT compliments the lines of the GL1800 Gold Wing, resulting in a sleek package that will turn heads wherever the road may take you. Lighter and quicker handling than conventional trikes, this machine combines the unsurpassed comfort and smooth power of a Honda Gold Wing with sporty performance and handling.

Now,with the introduction of the HRT, Hannigan provides a greater diversity of options than ever before. Likeall of Hannigan’s world-class motorcycle products, the HRT is made in America. The Hannigan factory complex located at Murray, Kentucky features 50,000 square feet of showroom and manufacturing space. Tours of the Hannigan Motorsports factory are available by appointment during regular business hours.

Hannigan trikes, sidecars, quads, and trailers are available through an extensive dealer network nationally and internationally.

I'll be at BBB starting this afternoon through Sunday so I'll be sure to stop by and say hi!! I'll post up some pics as well :)

I am curious about the storage compartment in the front nose. Is this conversion cheaper than the traditional trike and does it give you less overall storage? You keep your saddlebags but conventional trike appears to have a lot more storage.

There is definitely a substantial market for reverse trikes.

There sure is, I have not doubt the wheels forward trike will be the trike of the future. They are designed totally around steering and handling and offer a much sportier ride and experience.
CanAm got the ball rolling and is doing a fine job promoting the SportTrike aspect of this design. It's a good plan. ThumbUp

One time looks good next time I look don't like it mixed bag for me
$$$ might sway me like better than Spyder. High riding position

Hannigan HRT

Well I have had my Hannigan HRT Reverse Trike for a while now and it is one sweet ride. Really fun in the twisties and tracks very straight out on the highway.
It has about 4 cubic foot of storage in the front trunk and you still have the saddlebags. You can not put a helmet in the front trunk but it is amazing how many things you can stuff into it.
It is definetly different from the standard 2wheels in the back trikes, but you get used to it very fast, wife even likes to drive it.
The Hannigans did a great job with this trike, thanks.
