Nice looking trike and a good price. If I was anywhere near there, I would consider checking it out. Would never trust a deal that good sight unseen.

My wife was in Westerville yesterday visiting her sis. She would be up for another plane ride in a heart beat and that is really a good price. I am committed to a 2008 GL1800 Champion conversion we are picking up Saturday so I will have to pass on checking this RSV out further but it could make someone a nice ride by the looks of it. I think it is the price of a conversion with a late model Venture thrown in. I had a 2000 Millenium Edition and put 60Kmiles on it in just over a year.

Okay ... so it's probably just me (I'm a tad annal about symmetry) ... does it bother anyone else that most conversions have different front wheels than rear wheels ... I know it's not a big deal, but, why don't conversion kit dealers use the same style wheels on the fronts as the back? ... guessing it's a cost saving thing ... or maybe there are no front wheels out there that match the rears? ... Just bugs me a little ... kinda like having mags on the front and chromes w/baby moons on the back of my dodge ram ... Just don't get it.

Now back to our regularly scheduled program, done jacking, but that's a gorgeous trike, but the wheels bug me ... JMHO

The good news .. with dual rotors you don't see much of the fronts.

When I converted my '06 with the Motor Trike Adventure it cost me $840 for the matching front wheel. Reason is the rears are off the shelf and the front has to be custom milled from sold block of aluminum. My 2015 has an OEM wheel......

A fellow member of mine over on Venture Riders is all over this deal. He has someone looking at it tonight. Probably will own it by next week.

I knew someone would grab this deal, I would have in a second if I was closer and I don't even need another trike, but I love the color, the Hannigan conversion.... love the whole darn thing! Besides that, you can ride that trike for several years and still get your money back or more for it.

It is an absolute steal...so much so that I would check it out very thoroughly to make sure something funky isn't going on with it. The price is much lower than a dealer could get for it any day of the week, so that makes me wonder a bit, unless they aren't a trike dealer and dont know what they've got. If your buddy buys it, tell him to join the Trike Talk forum and tell us about it.

Yep,,, it was bought up by a fellow Venturerider tonight, needs a few things that the dealer is going to take care of before delivery.

An excellent buy.

I thought I did great on our's , but this deal blows ours out of the water.

Hi, my name is Craig and I wanted to Thank WiredGeorge for spotting the deal on this trike. With the help of a few Ventureriders I was able to have someone check out the deal, so I rented a car and drove to Columbus from Reading, Pa. Wasnt quite sure what to expect when I pulled up to the dealer after driving all nite, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the trike. It actually looked better then I expected. Dealer had replaced cracked lower cowling with new, put a new front tire on and included a bunch of extras. Trike fired rite up and I drove rite out of the showroom and headed back to Pa, took alittle while to get use to but she ran great, made it home with no problems at all.

Our bikes need to be safety inspected in Pa and she passed with no problems, dont think the guys at the shop ever saw a Hannigan trike and they were pretty impressed. Only have about 1500 miles on her since I picked up, but so far I havent found any problems. I already own an 06 RSV so I know pretty much about the front end, need to learn all about the backend now. Trike came with EZ steer, aux tank, 2 covers, new windshield, trailer hitch and lots of Leds. Have no idea why it was so reasonable but so far I havent found any problems.

Thanks, Craig

Welcome Craig.

Yep, you got a steal of a deal on that one for sure!

Beautiful 65degree day here in Pa so I put 125miles on the trike, seems like everytime I take her out I like it more. Will probably get a nice ride in tomorrow too, need to take advantage of this weather while it lasts. Cant remember the last time I was riding in Dec.
Craig
