I leave mine down for the ease of getting on. I put my left foot on the left floor board swing my right leg over the seat. Now I put my right foot on the right side passenger peg or board, then sit down. This is easy for me to get on and sit down.
 
First thing that came off the Tri Glide .............. They are sooooooooo ugly :D Besides which, they make it kind of difficult to duck walk the trike back if the fuse pops.
 
Sorry to bust yer bubble but I get the same here in TX.:wave4::clapping:We'll jus blame it all on consitter .......................:pepper:
