Nice! I didn't even know we have a cat section. This is our little Lucy. It’s always a bundle of joy, waking up next to this critter. My wife is more enthusiastic of her than I am, buying her various kitty treats, a litter pan, a few chew toys, etc. It’s like having a baby once again, only hairier and naughtier.

Not mine, but I DID rescue it

Found this little fur ball crawling along on the asphalt exit lane of the parking lot I was leaving.The car in front of me stopped at the light and missed it. I COULD have run over it if I had not seen it. I stopped and put it in my truck on the passenger seat. Poor little thing was too weak to move on the way home.

I cooled it down and gave it some water from a straw. It stopped panting and just layed on its side. The eyes were just barely open and the ears were still down, so I'm guessing 10 days to two weeks old. We thought about trying to keep it, but decided we weren't able to give it the proper care. We took it to the Humane Society (a no kill facility) where they said there was a nursing mother cat that might accept it to feed. I really hope it makes it. ray:

This is Rikkie Bobbie. We were not sure of her sex when she adopted us. She was a stray that we took care of until she finally decided we were her chosen ones.

This is Naomi, my 1st cat after 45 years of dogs. She is a rescue cat from the STL Humane Society. She will be 2 in September. She is very sweet & a total delight.:clapping:
