Good morning:

I am MIke Cartwright a good ole flag waving boy from south Georgia.
I have 7 Heritage Springers in the barn but my lovely bride would never ride with me because she think motorcycles are dangerous. **note she has 2 horses** and a 6 time broken foot from them.

After watching a Can-am ad on tv she said, "hey I think I would ride one of thoes" 2 hours later we was on a 30 minute test ride and she said he was all nerves but she enjoyed it. Next day we repeted but on the Tri-glide.

Started seatching e-Bay, Craig's list, chopper exchange, and found several to choose from but all 3-4 states away. I brought home this 2010 with a few accessories and only 500 miles and 2 months old. It had an existing HD loan on it and the HD credit department took 6 weeks to process the title.

We are ridding between the rain storms in south Georgia and enjoying the new ride.

We are very actice in the Heritage Springer Owners Assocition and attend all of the HSOA rallies that we can. Many of the HSOA members also own ULtras and a few trikes.

We always enjoy meeting new folks and swapping lies around the circle of truth late at night after a good steak and a few drinks.

I sell golf carts and enclosed motorcycle trailers at home on the computer.

Looking foward to spending some time here and perhaps meeting some of you on the road in the future.

A couple of photos for your pleasure.

We are fresh back from a 80 miles ride to the stealership having the mandatory 1,000 miles first service.

We surprised to find the headlight shattered when I pulled her out of the barn this morning.

My #1 guy at the MC made the new headlight happen under warranty and they also had a $50 gift card with a service so I was able to get away from there only dropping $250 with the upgrade oils.

The bride dropped $199 for the motorcycle rider course and she says she wants her own bike now. She wants a babay bike though so if anyone knows of a nice sportster with either a kit of training wheels give us a shout.
Thanks for the welcomes and we will be around here.

Welcome, from the lowcountry of SC.

Looking at your signature line I always through is was

"Those Rebs could,nt hit the side of Barn from H.......":D

Welcome aboard Southern Man. Watch e-bay. There was one on there last week from the Tampa area that had a buy now of $9k that did not sell. I did not see a re-list though. It was a 2004 can not remember what conversion though.

Day-um Mike - 7 springers? Now with that new trike and another that seems to be coming, I'm sure y'all are running out of room. I'll graciously volunteer to store one or two in my garage for you, even keep it exercised now and then.;) Plus it'll give you an excuse for a road trip to the Southwest corner of Missouri once in a while.

Welcome to TT. Great bunch here, glad to have you aboard.:)

It is now official, the wife just bought herself her own ride.

It is at a friends house just south of Boston, Ma. If someone happens to be trailering down and wants to make some gas money give us a shout.

The tri-glide is now for sale for $29,000

Here is the brides mint ride with a whopping 152 miles on the clock.
