I rarely use brakes when out ridin'...even in the twisties I love so much. I learned "The Pace" after readin' it long ago and adapted this style to my ridin' technique.....I ride up to a turn, rollin' smoothly out of the throttle (rarely completely off throttle), sight as far through the turn as possible, then smoothly start rollin' back into the throttle as I look completely through the turn. If You are ridin' behind me and You see brake lights, I'm generally warning You that this corner is off-camber, decreasing radius, or has some other "abnormality" causing it to be unusually difficult.....my philosophy is "SLOW IN, FASTER OUT" in corners......what's Your norm as far as using Brakes in Corner Transitioning......"NEXT"......:wtg:
