Hello to all. Just purchased first trike, a 2002 VTX 1800R with a motor trike kit. Luvin it so far!!

I ride an '07 Victory Kingpin but the wife is scared to death of 2 wheels. We got the trike so that she could ride with me (as a passenger) on poker runs and chapter (ABATE) rides and afternoon excursions like that.

My only disappointment is the small trunk space. Does anyone know of or where to get rear seat mods. that have a top box? Would love to have a rear seat and box similar to a GL1800 or something like that. Any ideas?

Welcome aboard burnr..! Glad to have you in the trike world. It does make you feel a little safer huh? If you haven't already, you may want to try Corbin or some of the other "high end" seat companies to see if they can come up with what you want. Let us know what you find out and if you get a chance, post us a photo or two of your trike. Ride safe and welcome...:)

Have you looked into a GIVI? They make some top boxes with backrests.

Nice looking too.

Thanks Trikerjim. I will post a couple pics once I get it back from the shop. I'm having a new front tire mounted and baffles installed.

Hey Yellow Trike. Excellent, I haven't heard of GIVI. I googled it and it looks interesting. Thanks for the tip.
