Front brake pad retainers

Like some before me, I broke two spring retainers on the pads of my front brakes. Will try to make some tomorroww but I've not been really handy at that. Does anyone knows of someone who makes these aftermarket now. It really upsets me that BRP does not sell these as spares. I know on cars you can purchase a brake hardware kit, but not BRP.

Theres a chance, If you are friendly with the service guy at your Cam-Am dealer he might have a bunch if them laying around his shop, Might be a little used, But any port in a storm....

Going to see if can make some suitable replacements of some universal brake springs I bought. Dealer is about 1 1/2 hours away.

Got the homemade retainers done - kind of ugly, but they are getting the job done.

Just a follow up on this subject, EBC now supplies their new pads with the clips for the 2010-2012 Spyders.
