HPIM3175.JPGUpper brackets are tack welded for location and they give me 18 degrees of shock angle, The lower bracket was remade to move the shock mount location toward the shock .5" for more clearance when riding and now the cross member can be located and tack welded on the frame rails and upper brace, then the push-pull rod length will be next...

HPIM3181.JPGThis is how it is going to lay out, I ordered 2 more heim joints L&R, DOM material cut and threaded for Ride Heigth adjustments...

HPIM3199.JPGI am not one to pat myself on the back, BUT, in this case I just might brake something, :clapping:

HPIM3206.jpgThis style seat seems to fit best, and yes I am playing with a mock up fender and bags (bagger)?

HPIM3208.JPGHPIM3209.jpgIf anyone wants to see the shock and brackets they will have to get down on their knees to do so Now you can see the cross braces and the upper frame rails will be mounted on the ends, this will give me 16.5" W. for engine clearance...

Thank you Larry, I need another set of eye's HPIM3213.JPGHPIM3214.JPGMore mock up with 3 piece 30 degree rails, The next part is going to the front rails with control arm brackets, only problem will be keeping them straight and flat...

Just checking ... from the one picture it looks like the frame is outside the width of the seat ... is that gonna be a tad uncomfortable on your thighs?

I do love the process you have.

Hi FuzzMan I am watching that also, just in front of the seat is the engine at 16.5" wide and I would like to go with a smaller width BUT also look cool, have a safe frame, I really admire these people who design kits. I keep telling my wife and friends that this is really HELL not being a Engineer...

I really do like watching you work TommyJ, just inspires me to try to do more myself. I really need to practice my TIG welding so I can put my gas tank together.

What are the spacers for ??? not sure my self, but they do have a purpose I am sure.

Camera's are weird about taking a picture of what you see, mine always seem to be a bit off from what I wanted to show others, LOL

This will be low to the ground and hug the road way, my kinda ride, not the safest with big trucks and all, but I just wizz in and out underneath them, LOL , yes a bit crazy some say..............

Love it.....
