lehman Monarch series 2 air shocks

Hello Trikers,

Does anyone have any information on air ride shocks for a GL1800 Goldwing Lehman Series 2 ,

I had to buy rotors and brakes from the new Lehman Dealer and their pricing certainly doesn't reflect lets deal !! ....

Michael, if you are referring to the Monarch II with the straight axle, Lehman never offered an air shock for that model.

The Monarch and Monarch II utilized the OEM on the dash pre-load adjustable shock, later they used an upgraded spring. The Monarch also had 2 outboard adjustable coil-over shocks as well. The Monarch I came with drum brakes and the Monarch II came with disc brakes and one lateral coil-over adjustable shock, multiple spring rates are available.

If indeed you have the Monarch II, it is not recommended that you use over 325# coil-over spring or an air shock because it will destroy the swingarm bracket and frame mount. And those parts are UNAVAILABLE and NOT MANUFACTURED anymore.
