Prayers Needed

We lost my Dad Wednesday afternoon suddenly and unexpectedly. Mom found him laying in the basement after not being able to find him. He was 81 years old and they had been married 60 years. Especially keep my Mom in your prayers. She is having a hard time with with this as is to be expected after all the years together.

Here are a few pictures of some of the things Dad was into thus the reason I too am a motorcycle and old car enthusiastic. He and I spent a lot of time restoring old cars over the years. His loved his Studebakers and this Lark was his favorite. He even got the chance to drive it around the Indianapolis 500 track with the Studebaker's Drivers Club.

We took a trike ride for a bit this afternoon to clear our heads in some fresh air. Got to thinking about how much Dad liked riding motorcycles as I was looking over the windshield going down the road. Had a feeling he was riding along.
