Hello from CT.

I'm new to Trikes. Wife and I bought a 2014 Tri Glide with just 4600 miles on it. Like new shape. It will be delivered to me tomorrow ( Wed/10/30). I hope to 'unlearn' things that came naturally from a lifetime on 2 wheels..We still own a 2001 Ultra Classic but I've been afraid to ride it due to medical stuff. Hope the trike keeps us in the wind.

I'm in the northwest corner but I spent a good part of my life, playing in jazz groups and in the shoreline area. Steak Loft in Mystic, Bill's Seafood, and many, many other venues there. Love the area. Thank you for the welcome too.

Welcome Charlie! I rode on two wheels for over 50 years when we changed to three wheels because of my health. It took a few weeks to change those habits of leaning into corners, putting your feet down at a stop and reaching for the kickstand with your left foot, but the thrill and re-found confidence on the road comes back pretty quickly. The people here at TT were a great help to me as I am sure you will find as well. Welcome back to the riding world my friend!

Tri Glide delivered today

Received our 2014 Tri Glide today. Took it for our first ride..just 25 miles . I was pretty comfortable on it after just a few miles. Tomorrow, a bit longer ride out in the country of North West CT.
