Welcome to the Gang from Western Colorado.

To be blunt with answer ... the higher you raise the tank, the more it affects the seat. especially if you raise the back too. If you go with the DK Custom kit, which I highly recommend, it raises the front of the seat about 1/2" to 3/4" ... makes it seem like a bucket seat somewhat. I had the 2" lift with the deluxe option (raises rear too) on my 15 tri with the zeppelin seat and it didn't affect seat hight much ... but I got used to it quickly.

Hey Bruce, Welcome from Wisconsin!!!:wave4: I raised my tank 1 1/2" with the DK deluxe kit, very little change to the seat and no problems with handle bars. I have a 2016 TG.

2" Tank lift Deluxe version

I raised the tank 2" in front and 1/2" in rear changes a few thing all for the good. First forces more air on Motor good thing runs cooler and longer less air coming up on face good thing. Lifting tank makes cleaning rocker boxes easier another good thing. While you are looking at raising the tank you may want to look at Air deflectors made by DK Customs really changed the game on air behind the Batwing Faring for me.
