Guys we have an original Zook's system because my wife likes a little noise and she LOVES it. And it looks GREAT. Zook sold it to me in 2008 and it still looks like new. Good quality.

Re: Stalion Dual Exhaust Upgrade

No the tips I offer dont turn down. I want to keep the clearance as much as possible. You wont have an issue with heat or exhaust.

and thanks Lunchbox.

just to let you know, both of my abs suitcases are warped from the exhaust hitting them. Also, they do make tips that are curved down, but not extending down any further. Just think in the top of the pipe curving down 90 degrees to be even with the bottom of the pipe.

I got some turn down stainless tips before our trip at a local muffler shop to re-direct the heat away from the duffle bag on the cooler rack. Not sure if it helped but it looks good!

Not saying that turn down tips arent available, I just have never had a call for them and for that reason haven't stocked them. I wasn't aware that you were using a rear rack to carry suitcases so now I understand why you would want the turn down pipes. I have added them to the available extensions.

Sorry if my post is a little late, but I am a new owner to stallion trike and saw your dual pipes and like the way they look. Do you make these yourself? and if so have you seen the Peacemakers pipes. I have these on my HD and thought this would look and sound great on my stallion.

Welcome aboard. glad you joined us. Contact Randy (Bazooka) by PM see this forum for contact into. He sells the exhaust I put on my wifes stallion. She loves the sound.

For those of you who have been waiting on them, I have a few sets of Stallion Custom Dual Exhaust Systems and now have them in stock and ready to ship. These are a direct bolt on and include all hardware and double wall stainless steel tips. I think they look and sound 100% better than the stock single system, having a nice deep idle but a quieter noise level at cruise speeds and eliminate that annoying harmonic drone at 60-70 mph.

**Please specify the production number of your Stallion when ordering as there were changes toward the end of the production run that requires a different exhaust hanger bracket.

Just had my new Stallion exhaust installed yesterday and it looks and sounds fantastic!
Zook did a great job installing it, I highly recommend getting one if you haven't already purchased one.

Dean,
It was great hanging out with you too. Glad you are happy with your exhausts. Also thrilled that you got to see the 'polish magic' on your stallion. Been using nothing but these - others may seem to work as well, but in our experience they do not last as long as these do. This is what the pros use. Take care.

Charles,
Your exhaust will ship on Thursday. In fact I have three sets shipping on Thursday and I made up a forth set if anyone needs one right away.

Bazooka, Can you send me a little information on your dual exhaust upgrade? I have an 08 model and how long would it take to get an exhaust made and shipped.

Thanks
Ed

I am buying a 2008 Stallion and need to order a dual exhaust system. Could you send me a ph # to get ahold of you?
Will want the square tips and deep sound.
