2020 Snowbird Get Together

Ok everyone, date is 15-19 March 2020 at the Castillo Del Sol Best Western Ormond Beach, Florida 32176, 205 S Alantic Ave. Phone 386-672-6711. Rates are $84.15+tax which was about $95 total for ocean view. If you want the ocean front that will be extra. If the motel is not booked solid, trailer parking should be on site but, if they are full like last year it's $20 per night offsite parking.

We do have some of our group who are local and may be able to park a couple of trailers with them. As we check in as BikeWeek people are checking out, things should be a lot less hectic in the Daytona area and a little warmer. It's also a great time to get your BikeWeek t-shirt at a reduced price as the venders are loading up Sunday afternoon to move on!

We will meet at the motel lobby area at 4pm to decide where and what days we want to ride. Be nice to see a few more of our Florida residents this year which could give us more input for our rides. Tomg

No cancellation fee that I'm aware of. As far as I know, all Best Western motels let you cancel up to the day before. Tomg

Tom, we are still on the fence, due to Dr appt's. May have to trailer to gathering & then on to Sanibel. Hope everyone is doing well. We really enjoyed last year ,even with the rain. Nice group of folks.

Tom and others. We just found out today that we lost our dog sitter for the gathering. We will be cancelling. Hope we can make it next year. Also the moving of the NASCAR HOMESTEAD race to March which I have to work is complicating the issue.

Time is getting short to make reservations at this price so if you are interested, I suggest you make the reservation. You can cancel if something comes up to prevent you from coming. Tomg

Good idea,but the 16 is gone. Dealer is swapping stuff for us. Also they won't do any road tests as long as chemicals are on the road. We are having some sh**ty weather ,so not sure when we get the new one' S**w again the other night. Not staying, but they spread crap everytime it is predicted. They really have a lot of transferring of stuff to do. O well maybe next year. You could ride over to the Hill Country gathering. We will have it back in time for that. :clapping::clapping:

Possible but probably not probable! Still waiting for a trailer hitch for the Carmel. Tom
