I don't know if this is the place or in travels, but what are you people thinking about summer travel. Are you cancels plans or making plans to travel. We did not have any big travel plans this year, last summer went to Glacier park. The year before that, we went to the Grand canyon. But do not know what to or how to plan this years travel.

There was a time I was accused of buying a $4 post card from the '50s of someplace out west just to use it to build a $4,000 road trip to go see the place, but they was exaggerating. We haven't done a trip since 2016, (medical) and I'm ready. I doubt we'll go west of the Mississippi again as we had several great trips out west a few years back, but we do want to go visit the Ark Experience in Ky.

Maybe re-visit the Smokies, been thinking of Rt 7 across Pa. maybe some Amish country in Ohio, …

... but it may be the furthest we get to go this season is just 100 miles down to SW Va. to visit? We have a cousin re-union in September we hope is still on.

I have 3 trips planned so far for this year,They guys i ride with have been taking a (just us guys) ride for many years and we are going to Natural Bridge Ky hopefully June 19th for 3 days. On July 9-12 we are taking our wives to Brown County Ind,its called Little Nashville. Then in August myself and 5 of my buddies or going to Sturgis, if it doesn't get canceled.Told the wife that we are camping and she didnt even skip a beat when she said have fun but no thanks.

Want to ride Rt 2 from Mi to Wa then back home to Ohio. Were going to do Rt66 but with all the triple digit heat out that way, think just head North. Lot of pretty country out that way

On rt2 just in side the east border, of Montana there is a jewel of a local mueseum, It is on the north side of the road. Stopped for a break and stayed a long time. outside looked small, but they had a lot of room inside, I think it was in the first town, but it might of been the second.

What type of museum ? Bainesville or Culbertson sound familiar ?

As of now, we plan to head out to Deadwood for the 3-wheel rally in July. Then in August, head on down to the Ark, Bible museum and the CSC factory. Hoping everyone has a great riding season! Stay well!

As of right now all our plans are canceled, except for a trip at the end of September/beginning of October. I surely hope that one does not get canceled.

Hopefully within the next month we'll be seeing the end of this thing and will be able to make some trips in July/August.

Just in wait & see mode right now.

Mid June we plan a GA trip, from there on up to Sevierville TN area to do mountain roads, could be a little early, but unless things get worse, I'm giving my 2020 Spyder RTL a workout. Gotta figure out how to change the logo pic.

I may have time to take more trips than planned,we received a email at work today from the CEO of GE stating that with the commercial air flight taking a dump and the Boeing 737 failure they will be reducing the work force by another 20-25 %.We just went thru two rounds of layoffs, first one for hourly employees and just last week salary folks.May be working trips, ride pick up some work then ride some more lol. Like the old days.

I am all packed ... I plan a three to four day trip to Mesquite, NV. as soon as I can. I'll be hot as all get out, but, I don't care. I will start riding like 5-6 am, ride until noon, then hang around the pool until supper. After supper, I'll gamble a bit, then do it again the next day. I really want to give the little trailer a workout before I go on a really long trip, like to Kerrville or where ever.

Just for the record, Colorado, Utah and Nevada are coming out as we speak ... those are the states I travel through on a Mesquite trip. There is about 20 miles in Arizona, but, there won't be any stopping there.

Since my planned 5000 mile ride went up in smoke. Decided to do the 1500 mile Bun Burner ride the 22 May.

All dressed up and no place to go  Unless Fred has something in the works !

If things go well we may make a trip to Gatlinburg the weekend of Memorial day to pick up a bottle of Roaming Man Rye Whiskey that I have reserved.

On the way back may try to make it to the ARK.

Had been planning on a longer trip starting the Saturday before the 4th of July with a couple nights in Washington DC hitting some of the sights and crossing the bay on a ferry then heading North past Philadelphia and maybe to Niagara before heading back to Indiana. Instead we may be heading up through Michigan across the bridge to the U.P. and head west from there until we need to turn back to make it back to Indiana for the Fourth.

After that it will only be weekend trips to keep us sane if that is possible.

We didn't have anything planned except for the Maggie Valley gathering.

We had a 12 day cruise to Alaska planned and paid for, the middle of August, but that was cancelled. Hoping the Maggie Valley get-to-gather will still happen. If not, guess we will just stay home and save some money. Got another cruise planned for August 2021. Hope I can make flight arrangements before the beginning of the year or we will lose the money that we paid for tickets to Seattle this year.

We r heading North from Ohio to the Mackinaw bridge & hit US 2 to Wa by way of Glacier as we missed it last year. When we get to Wa , will head back to Valentine,Ne where Lola will head back to Tx & we will continue to Ohio. Lola is meeting us at home in Ohio. Mid July we hope to start.

Stay away from Seattle my friend. I hear and see that it is a mess up there!!!
