I recently got my renewal notice from Progressive. $979 if I paid in installments, $856 if I paid in full. I looked into it and by the time I was done I had a policy with Geico for $460 paid in full. I kept all my coverages high but increased my deductibles on collision and comprehensive fro $300 to $1,000.

I figure because of surcharges when you make a claim in Massachusetts I would never claim anything under $1,000 anyway and if I go 2 years without a claim I'm ahead of the game. I also found that I was over-insuring the trike kit as an accessory. I always said it costs $15,000 but the agent explained to me they're only looking for the cost of the actual kit.

Labor for repairs is already included in your regular insurance. Most insurance companies here won't insure trikes because they don't know how to classify them but it paid off to look around. (P.S. I don't work for Geico and no, this isn't Flo LOL)
