The rooms are filling up. Good news we still have 8 rooms left the Rally is Aug20 to /23

More good news You can book a room worry free. Charge card info is taken But No deposit is charged to it. It is a no risk booking. If the rally gets cancelled you loose nothing. We have about 20 people registered 14 trikes. This may be the biggest and maybe the only one this year. You got 3 weeks from now go get on board. Beautiful place to ride on Vermont roads. The place we are using this year is the best and most beautiful we ever used. Cost is reasonable. Breakfast every morning (. Not a Cheap buffet ) Sit down served. all info posted on our FB page call 802-464-8310 for reservations. Hope to see a few new faces. Ride Safe and Stay Safe

Thanks

I had to cancel my timeshare in Stowe, Vt. due to state travel restrictions. I called my resort and was told Vermont has different rules depending on which state or county you live. If the number of positive covid 19 cases in your area are over a certain amount, you have to either self-quarantine for 14 days before going there or quarantine for 7 days with a negative virus test within 72 hours of getting there I believe. You also need to sign a document that you actually did what you say. Not sure if you have to stay in your room in addition to that. Check with the resort and see if anything has changed before going. Not sure what or if there is a penalty for lying on the document.

I live in Mass. as well, the Vt. regulations are below and sure we meet this qualification:

Have traveled from a region with a low rate of active cases. The document you sign is really asking you to be honest, how could they prove you did or didn't self quarantine for 14 days?

Vermont Travel Guidelines:

For people who have come to Vermont from another state, overnight stays in lodging, camping and short-term rental properties are allowed as described below.

When you arrive at the lodging site, you and anyone traveling with you must self-certify (link is external) that you meet one of these conditions:

  1. Have traveled from a region with a low rate of active cases (link is external) OR
  2. Have completed a 14-day quarantine in your home state and traveled directly to Vermont in a personal vehicle OR
  3. Have had a negative test result in your home state on or after 7 days of quarantine OR
  4. Are authorized to work in Vermont

And you must also meet both of these conditions:

  1. Not had close contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days AND
  2. Not had COVID-19-like symptoms in the past 24 hours.

Frank, I’m sure that Simon who is the owner is keeping close tabs on this but because of the uncertainty of the situation they are not charging the credit cards now. He has also implemented changes so he and his guests follow all recommendations.

To answer your original question, the last few rally’s John and I put together we haven’t set any particular schedule, we are open for suggestions if anyone wants to see a particular part of Vt. We have been to the Bennington mounument and a re-enactment was taking place so that was cool, also innBennington is a car museum, Vt country store is a good stop. We try not to make it a structured ride that it’s rushed. The owner of the inn rides and offered to lead a ride.

John and Doug,

Now that I'm back on TT.com (today 7/3/)

I just called the hotel and booked a room, so I'm now officially signed up...................

Thank you for all you do for us folks........

Hi All,

We are getting down to the wire for this years rally in Vt. It's exactly one month away and the owner is starting to order the food for the Saturday night BBQ. He is not charging cards until the last minute in case there is an issue. Get your reservations in now.....
