I got the same problem as Rex Darla. I hope he can respond, since it looks like he successfully replaced the rear shocks. Time for new shocks they are leaking. Champion Solid Axle put on in 2008. Trike kit has 99,XXX miles on it. Bike has 134,XXX miles. So, has any replaced their shocks? They are progressive coil-over as far as I know. What do you have to remove to get to the top shock mounts? Please, please I hope I don't have to remove the body!! And anybody know what shocks they may be for sure?

I just replaced my shocks, I have a 2006 Champion kit. The shocks are made by Progressive, coil springs didn't come with them. I used my old ones that are 65/100. Price was $200. These are the numbers on the box. You will have to take the body off, but it is not that hard. You will need a helper to get some of the bolts out. Mine had 7 bolts holding it on, plus the ones on the running boards. Hardest part was figuring out the top trunk. If I can help with anything just pm me or even call me, 724-954-2537

Thanks! Some said it can be done without taking off the body but it's tight. I'm going to give it a shot probably Wednesday. I'll let you know and if I get stuck, I'll text you 😀
