2 Prong connector front of FW tank

I was trying to fish a charging cord under the FW tank for my phone and I found this white 2 prong connector. Purple and a yellow/black wires. Is this an accessory plug that is only hot when IGN is on? Or hot all the time? Is there a designated use for this plug?

Wiring is not on my knowledgeable skill list so I am really in the dark here. Any help would be appreciated.

What I ended up doing was loosening the console and slipping the charging wire under it. There is plenty of room there for one wire, then I zip tied the connecting end close to the ram mount.
