Hi
Thanks for including me in this forum. We have a 1989 GL1500 Lehman trike, I think its a Monarch 1 but stand to be corrected.
While I am new to teh trike scene I have had a few Goldwings over the last 40 years as well as owning many different bikes over the last 50 years and currently own 7 bikes.
To be honest I brought the trike as a way of getting my wife into riding for the first time and got the trike at a good price as a non runner and with no MOT. I have got the bike running OK and am getting it ready for the MOT. After chatting to the local tester he has told me it needs white lights to the front of the rear mudguards, which i am in the middle of installing and as its quite a small modification worth doing rather than get into an argument with him about it. It will also ned a new front tyre before the MOT so one will soon be fitted.
I suspect I will also be spending time picking peoples brains on the trike as I have little or no information on it. For example a copy of the original install manual (hard copy or Electronic) would be a help in checking things over.
