Trip to Watkins Glen from Eastern NC

My wife n I bought our 14 Tri Glide in January, I have since added the 14” pro Action shocks from DK, then started with a Hammock seat. We rode it To the finger lakes area about 4 weeks ago, it was our first trip on the bike. It was a haul and our limits was tested… we have since bought a Ultimate tallboy seat, it’s better but we need to work on our physical health..

We then went to the NC VA mountains this past weekend

This time we had the new Ultimate seat, it was better but we didn’t push our bodies as much as the previous trip… 3 days.. This time I pulled my newly made pull behind trailer I put together. It pulled like a dream, 75 mph and I had to look in my mirth To make sure it was there…

Did you walk the Glen?

I spent a lot of time in that area many years ago.

I was waiting to see how you liked the Ultimate.

I think I'm going to take my chances and have Mean City Cycles custom redo mine to our size and weight..

We didn’t get much time there because the rain was coming in. The Ultimate seat does good but needs some breaking in. I am out of shape but honestly I think I like the Mustang Super tour better. Maybe because I have 20000 miles on it and is broken in good.
