I thought it would be nice if we shared some of the books or audio books that we are currently into. This might open up some subjects that we did not know we might be interested in or a new author that we have not hear of. So to start.....

I am listening to a book called Inconvenient Facts: The science that Al Gore doesn't want you to know by Gregory Wrightstone. He is a geologist and picks apart the myth of global warming.

I read everything I get my hands on

I just finished The Hate Factory for the second time

Very brutal and fact filled story of an assault and multiple killings in an Arizona prison

Sirius ch27 , Deep Tracks . Walkie Walk music or when I’m workin in the garage. Too many folks tell me I can’t read , so why bother…

Reading is highly overrated nobody reads anymore At least not history that’s why we’re repeating it😱…When I’m in my fortress of solitude (Barn)..I listen to my Apple Dot Alexa ’Music from the 60’s and 70’s…..

You are reading this right now:p

The written word records more than history

It is a nuclear bond that has been passed down thru families and IMO will always be here and popular

I like to read and used to read a lot in days of yore… but now I find I can’t sit still that long… like watching a movie.. there’s too much other stuff that needs tending to… homework, riding, dogs, yard.. then try to sleep after all of that.

I have tried audio but find I am too busy focusing on whatever else it is I am doing to pay attention to the book.. then have to go back and play it over again to catch what I missed…

Sitting still for too long makes my body feel like an old door will sound when you open it…. C- - R-R—E-A-K…!

When I was younger I would read everything I could find, cover to cover. Just seemed to lose interest. If you read books and magazines, you will recognize writers and style, and predict the outcome. Don't listen to radio anymore. Its seems over the years there are so many good songs, and yet they play crap over and over again. They seem to be stuck on ten songs, and just keep repeating them. Yes I am old, and it shows.

Radio stations have a playlist of songs so by sticking with the playlist It is easy to make the payments Artist and writers… if they kept on adding new songs it would be a nightmare for bookkeeping accountants..$$..

SideCar, man do I hear that!

Same here the local radio station plays the same songs over and over, the news and local weather are all I care about. Not reading any books right now. I do have a digital downloaded book just haven't opened it yet "Covid 19 The Great Reset, by Klaus Schwab".

I just got done listening to some Grateful Dead on vinyl, yes I still use a turn table and have most of my vinyl saved from the late 60s and 70s including 1 bootleg Grateful Dead album;)
