Got an email from Surdyke stating due to licensing agreements in regards to dealer territory with the MoCo they will no longer be able to ship out of thire dealer territory- whatever that is. Pretty sure N.C. isnt within that territory. Last order I placed was back in March. I was intending to get the Screaming Chicken metal manifold and have it on my wish list. Only one way to find out. Not sure if this applies to all dealers for online sales or just singleling out Surdyke.

It’s called taking away sales from other franchise’s. There is only one dealership allowed in each county . The MOCO must of had complaints from other state dealerships.

It applies to all dealerships in accordance with H-D's new policies under their shoe salesman CEO.

I also got the email late yesterday. Surdyke was the lone holdout that I was aware of. As far as I am concerned the less I have to buy of 'genuine H-D parts & accessories' the better I like it. Maybe the FTC will look into this 'arrangement' next now that they've slapped H-D's hand concerning their warranty practices.
