Boneless, skinless split chicken breasts, jalapeno peppers halves with cream cheese. Wrap pepper with breast and wrap with bacon.

Shrimp and Scallop Alfredo.

T-Bones. Basted with a red chili reduction and grilled to med-rare. Served with Asparagus and roasted Long Green Chili and a Chopped salad. And of course a nice Cab!

Wild Minnesota Spaghetti Sauce

Tonight's feature is my Wild Minnesota Spaghetti Sauce.


The "wild" comes from Minnesota Wild Rice and Whitetail Deer. There is a cup of cooked Wild Rice and a pound of Venison hamburger meat. Crushed tomatoes, mushrooms, diced red and green Bell pepper, grated carrot, celery, minced garlic, tomato sauce and the normal Italian Seasonings. This will slow cook all day so all of the different ingredients get to "marry". 30 minutes before serving I will bring the entire thing to a simmer and add a cup or two of red wine (I prefer a big and bold dry wine).

Corned beef hash and scrambled eggs here. Yeah..kinda weird but it hit the spot. We like breakfast for supper sometimes.

You all missed supper.

I smoked Chilean Sea Bass filet, with mango/onion/pepper salsa, yellow corn, and okra. Served with white wine. My old lady passed out -- it was so good!epper:

Rib Eye steak, medium rare, the Misses made fresh green beans in a garlic and coconut sauce along with some Hungarian hot peppers, jalapeño, Serrano, and a Thai Chile pepper, we're still full.
