    Ugly vinyl fender guards...help?

    Vinyl Guard removal...update Finally got the trike painted. Got the vimyl off with a heat gun and putty knife. Too little heat and nothing happens. Too much heat and the vinyl melts. Right heat and the vinyl rolls off. Would not recommend if you want to keep the existing paint on your fenders. Ken

    Rear Differential

    These are photos of the rear end on my 98 Ultra classic. Have no idea of the kit year. Am having something between a click and a clunk per revolution below 10 mph. Need to check grease. It has 2 opposing hex plugs, looks like 3/4" hex key size. Any info or advise greatly appreciated. Ken

    Champion Raked Trees

    Brake line manifold off. T40 5/16" screw holding manifold appears to fasten to bottom steering stem, which protrudes @ bottom with large circlip retainer.

    Break in weather. Dual brake line manifold screwed to underside with 2 spacer washers. Will unfasten and look under washers if and when it stops raining. 5 1/2" since 3am. Ken

    I am attempting to adjust my steering head bearing play. Setup is different than stock. Have a hex bolt with tall black spacer. Below spacer is a thin black nut. Hard to get off...very hard. If/when I remove this, will it give me access to the steering head adjustment nut below, or is there...

    Ugly vinyl fender guards...help?

    Have '98 Ultra with old Champion kit. Am in process of planning to paint. Fenders have clear vinyl fender guards that are dirty and cracking, sunbaked on. What is the trick to getting these off? I've been told goop or wd40 will release/melt adhesive. Suggestions appreciated.

    Wondering if there is anywhere I can trace the vin# on my champion kit to find date or mfg. or other info? Also, is the huge hex on top of the solid axle diff. for inspection or what? Thanks. Ken
