124" Power Package for 2017-19 Harley-Davidson® M8 Models...Anyone Do This?

Looks good on your Freewheeler Jeff

Quality made in the USA;)

Jack, I have a couple questions???

1. If you had this kit, do you think the stock throttle body would work OK?

2. When they are talking in the description about "gear driven kits" does that mean your eliminating the cam chain?

Yes , gear drive cam

I would want a bigger throttle body and injectors

Would gear driven be a better way to go with that much of a power increase?

A bigger TB & injectors would add a lot to the cost.

I found a 5 year old post on here & the guy spent $6,500 on a S&S 124 cu. in motor.

If I ride down to Florida this spring, will you install it for me? I'll buy lunch!:D

Yes, Gear drive is more accurate valve timing provided the crank run out is in spec

A bigger throttle body and injectors would be a big compliment to bigger cam

Just a days work, right?;)

135 ft. lbs of torque. I would get in so much trouble on that, it would be a high cost besides the installation.:)

Yup, that much torque would be fun

Good thing the engine and tranny are bolted together

Back in the day they were not

Many hot rod Dynas suffered broken inner primaries til this came along

Ahhhhh...the Carlini torque bracket. So beautiful I could mount it on a polished wood pedestal and just stare at it.But I bolted it onto the shovelhead instead-with some modification. Not just for hotrods!Any big twin from the Evo back could crack. No I would not go to gear drive on the M8 without flywheel up grade.
