Ok after installing my wide sweepers on my 17 I now have a couple buddies who want them for their trike with clutch cables. So my question is are any wire extensions or longer clutch cables needed for the wide sweepers on pre hyd clutch trikes. Thanks.

Wires will work front brake hose will work but you need at least a 3" if not a 4 to 6". Clutch cable went with a six myself. Gave me a smooth pull clutch. But you must remember you start at the back mufflers headpipe trapdoor you know the drill it's not hard time consuming.

I also went with a +6" clutch cable along with the extension for the throttle wires.

I didn't need to extend my wiring I moved zip ties and routing worked out fine for the 09'

I was able to do that with my hi-beam/horn and starter/kill switch. The internal wires to the throttle by wire didn't quite reach and I didn't want to put a splice inside the handlebars, so I replaced it with an extended one.

No cable changes on my 15...how I know is when they did my front end and bars they forgot to do braided cables for me...but now we do have new cables and think they just ordered stock length...
