What's a Hannigan 180 fork?

Is it a fork that gets you coming and going <------> ?

I have never heard of it. Can you do a brief explanation of what it is or does?

I went to the Hannigan site to see if I could find out myself. Bigger everything, wheel, fender, tire, triple tree. Only 3K.
