Anyone here have spinal stenosis

Hang in there. My first lower back surgery was 2001 and my most recent was 2016- 4 total and now I have a neuro stimulator in my back to help block the pain. I had to stop riding for about 7 years because I couldn't push the big bikes around any more but then I found the Trike and I'm riding again and loving it. Backrest is a life saver for me, and now the reverse too. Take care of yourself and hope you can keep riding for a long time!

Asking about the spinal stimulator. Has it helped you? Have you had any problems? Considering one at the moment to help with ongoing pain. In ten years of constant pain I’m looking for anything that will help. Lost count of the doctors I’ve seen, the number of tests endured, surgeries, shots, and pills.
