Bias-ply or radial, outriggers for MTC Voyager

What tires have been recommended to you, bias-ply or radial outrigger tires, to be used with outrigger / stabilizer kits?

There are no stupid questions. I do not know why you would need anything but a basic tire. You mean you wore out a set of tires? Hard to believe. The rear tires on my trike , that support the 1,200 lb lasted 53, 000 miles.My Voyager kit used 13" car tires, like VW Bug tires . 130 x 78 x 13 , I think.
