Well a month or so ago I visited Costco as a free membership came about. The Kamado Joe people were there for a week with a special promotional price on their products. Studied on it almost all week but finally made the plunge. Have had some pretty good food since the purchase. Ribs, Hamburgers, Boston Butt, and a new one I had never tried before, smoked brisket. I'd always thought BBQ meant Pork but maybe those old Texans have something in that beef!
